Ceres Property, together with the Landowners, is looking to bring forward an outline planning application, with all matters reserved (except means of access), for a mixed-use development including: a) Up to 165 New Homes (including affordable housing, bungalows and Custom/Self-Build plots); b) Commercial and Business Use; c) Up to 80 Bed Care Home; d) Amenity Space (including children’s play areas and a community orchard); e) Sustainable Drainage and Associated Infrastructure (including active travel connections) on land east and west of Barrow Hill, Barrow, Suffolk.

This website is designed to provide information about the proposed scheme alongside the public exhibition planned for Wednesday 12 February 2025.

We are inviting residents and stakeholders to comment on how the scheme should be shaped as part of the pre-planning process progresses.
